Hezbollah Weapon Warehouse Targeted in Israeli Air Raids on Lebanon

Israeli strike targets Hezbollah arms depot in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley - The Jerusalem Post

The conflict in the Middle East continues. Overnight, Israel carried out airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. This marks the first time in nearly a week that the capital has been targeted.

According to Israeli military reports, the strikes targeted an underground warehouse allegedly used by Hezbollah to store weapons. In retaliation, around 50 rockets were launched towards the northern Israeli town of Safed during the night.

In addition to the strikes in Beirut, Lebanese authorities have reported casualties across the east and south of the country as a result of Israeli air raids. More details are expected to emerge on these developments soon.

Meanwhile, Israel’s military actions in Gaza continue. On Tuesday, the U.S. sent a message to Israel, giving it a 30-day window to increase humanitarian aid access in Gaza. Failure to do so may lead to a reduction in U.S. military assistance to Israel.
